The fastest way to reach us: sven-eric@molzahn-software.de. We read everything, usually reply within a couple of working days.

What to include

• Your iOS version and Booqly version (Settings → Help → About).
• What you did, what you expected, what happened.
• A screenshot if it's a visual issue.

Privacy & data requests

To export, correct, or delete your data: email the same address from the email address linked to your Booqly account. Account deletion is processed within 30 days; encrypted backups roll off within 90.

Bug reports / feature ideas

Same email — we don't run a public tracker. If you find something genuinely broken, please describe it in a few sentences; we'll get back to you.

Press / partnerships

Same address. Mention "press" or "partnership" in the subject and we'll route it appropriately.
